Feds plan to ram A.I. Data Centers down taxpayer’s throat no matter what

By Staci-lee Sherwood
The Trump administration has been openly cozy with the tech industry. On January 20 2025 all the key players were in attendance for the inauguration – Zuckerberg (Meta/Facebook), Bezos (Amazon/Blue Origin), Musk (Space X/Tesla/X), Pichai (Google) and Altman (OpenAI). How did someone go from not liking crypto currency and artificial intelligence to suddenly being its best friend? In politics we call it lobbying but in the real world we call it a bribe. Legal or not that’s what it is. You give, or ‘donate’ money and they do what you want. This is the very definition of buying a politician.
The tech industry saw an opportunity to buy favor with someone who has spent his entire adult life requiring people give him a financial incentive before he does anything. Trump’s title may have changed from real estate developer to President but neither he nor his way of conducting business has. The tech bros saw someone they could ‘buy’ to open the floodgates of de-regulation and like magic they got their wish. Trump has made laughable false claims that A.I. doesn’t need guardrails. He further states that as long as someone smart is in charge it will be safe for the rest of us. "The only control or 'guardrails' that AI needs is a STRONG AND SMART (High IQ!) PRESIDENT, and the U.S.A. has that, in spades!" he posted on social media. The saying goes if you have to brag about it, it’s probably not true.
More disturbing is how A.I. is being used for national security, one can only imagine how that will play out. In early October hackers used A.I. to break into South Korean Banks. Online hacking has become commonplace and A.I. just makes it quicker and easier. Data centers pool everyone’s information all in one place just waiting for A.I. to distribute it to unknown sources.

The office of the President used to be one of decorum, class and diplomacy. Now it’s reduced to tantrums on social media which doesn’t even qualify as a sub rate newspaper like the Enquirer. If the geniuses who created this sophisticated technology suddenly can’t control it…no one can. The push against guardrails is driven by money not common sense or any tangible understanding of A.I. itself. A name change will never negate what A.I. is….ARTIFICiAL intelligence.
The crypto connection
If crypto wasn’t created for criminals, then why does its entire design hide where the money comes from and who it goes to? Legal business transactions don’t need that kind of secrecy. What does that say about those that use and push crypto? Its value changes throughout the day, you can’t actually hold or see it. There’s a reason so many worldwide are not only skeptical but avoid it like the plague. It’s important to follow both A.I. and crypto as they can and will intersect. Imagine A.I. investing in crypto without your consent, how would you know? A.I. could decide on its own to use crypto to pay for goods and services as they might have access to your bank accounts.
Key players what they’re really up to $$$
The industry is growing but the key players are few, widely known and uber rich. Musk spent hundreds of millions getting Trump elected. Whatever you thought or hoped DOGE was and would do…..it failed except for Musk. He reaped government contracts worth billions plus he has access to everyone’s personal data which is priceless in the tech world. All these data centers are being rushed through without any environmental regulations like water and air pollution, noise and energy use or much if any public input. They wouldn’t pass approval otherwise. All the companies below have government contracts with the Dept of Defense, Homeland Security or both. Musk, Bezos, Altman and Zuckerberg all have a God complex, they really do think they’ll live in infamy for changing the world. They will but probably not for the better.
Elon Musk – SpaceX/Tesla/ SpaceXAI/Starlink – Musk’s SpaceXAI operates Colossus 1 & 2 whose data centers are located in Tennessee and Mississippi, two very poor states. The Colossus 2 is in Tennessee and uses gas turbines on its property. Lawsuits have been filed claiming the site is more like an unpermitted power plant and by last July the plant had a capacity of nearly 1,775 megawatts, equal to the state’s largest power plants. Musk is getting $22,000,000,000 in government contracts for his SpaceX much of which will run on A.I. and he provides A.I. to NASA as well.

Musk’s lifestyle has been well documented, including his own admission that he uses Ketamine extensively. This highly addictive drug is the same that killed TV actor Matthew Perry and causes major psychological delusions and abuse. He bought Twitter for the sole purpose of spreading his own self serving propaganda. D.O.G.E. was created by him to gather everyone’s personal data, which he did, to funnel through his data centers to serve his own agenda or sell to our enemies China and Russia. Both countries he promotes and does business with. Why would any thinking person trust a person with so many mental and ethical problems with all their personal data, or any of his products which he probably has installed a switch to turn it off if he wants as control freaks like this always do?
Mark Zuckerberg – Facebook/Meta - Much like Twitter, owned by Elon Musk, Facebook has become more of a bastion for propaganda and fake news stories. Amazingly many people under the age of 30 get what they think is news from Facebook and other social media sites instead of researching for real information. Their Meta data center is planned for a small town in Louisiana is to be the size of Manhattan. One can only imagine how much energy and water this giant will need. It’s said he might need 3x the energy New Orleans uses.
As reported in Wired Magazine there won’t be new jobs at Meta for humans, the data centers will be run by robots. Meta may not get government contracts but they rely heavily on deregulation from them.

Sam Altman – Stargate/OpenAI has been in the news lately because of their now infamous Hugging Face hack. They have huge government contracts and have a vested interest in preserving their future profits. The swooped in when Anthropic bucked the Dept of Defense over autonomous weapons and spying on Americans. Altman has no problem with that all he saw was hundreds of millions of dollars coming his way. Their main data center is in Texas. They plan to build three hyper scale mega data centers in Ohio, Michigan, Georgia and New Mexico costing tens of billions of dollars.
OpenAI just made a deal with the Dept of Defense for $110,000,000,000 with more to come. Even Fox News sees the writing on the wall because it’s so bad and getting harder to hide. Altman said the public must accept ‘bad things happening for the benefit of A.I.’ It’s because he stands to make billions and the rest of the world has to pay for it.

Jeff Bezos – Amazon Web Services/Blue Origin - Amazon used to just sell books, not Kindle but actual books. They’ve since grown into a behemoth that barely pays taxes and with all his Amazon profits his Blue Origin space company hopes to take over the space race.
According to CNBC Amazon Web Services (AWS) has a deal to give the federal government a billion dollar discount. They aren’t a charity so what is the real deal and what are they getting in return the public doesn’t know about. This reporting is designed to assuage the public mistrust but a thinking person smells something rotten as it’s too good to be true on its own merit. Here is a list of 4 deals they’ve made so far, only two list the cost to taxpayers which already exceeds $10,700,000,000.

Sundar Pichai - Google/Gemini /Project Suncatcher- Google search engine is massive and now they have linked up with Musk’s SpaceX Falcon 9 rockets to try A.I. satellites in space. They have data centers from Iowa to Texas, North Carolina to Oregon. They say their centers use solar panels but they still collect, use and sell an unknown amount of personal information. They secured a government contact for $200,000,000 with more likely to come.

Donald Trump jr & Eric Trump – joined investment firm Dominari Holdings in 2025. Close proximity to government policy makers was the reason the company wanted them. They launched an A.I. infrastructure company, American Data Centers Inc. Dominari holds a stake in the company. This deal came just weeks after their father the President revealed a $20,000,000,000 pledge from Emirati billionaire Hassain Sajwani. He’s from the United Arab Emirates, longtime friend of Donald Trump and realtor heavily invested and pushing for hyper scale data centers, along with $500,000,000,000 in proposed private sector investment.
Trump jr is also part of 1789 Capital, which got a $1,200,000,000 real estate A.I. data center deal and both sons are tied to Vulcan Elements which is about the rare minerals we’re destroying the planet for which A.I. and all tech run on. These deals are worth billions you don’t need to be a genius to do the math. If this was Biden’s son all those getting rich on these insider deals would be crying to the media every day. Instead they fire anyone at the Dept of Justice, FBI or SEC who wanted to investigate these obvious insider deals. The world can see the corruption despite the American media silence.

It’s always about this.

The example of Palm Beach County, Florida
Project Tango in western Palm Beach County had caused the locals to push back when it was discovered they wanted to expand to a hyperscale model. The county commission held two days of hearings with all sides speaking out. The county commission voted to not approve the proposal. Those fighting the mega data center declared victory and the news seemed to go along with that story, but that isn’t true. The vote was only about the expansion, the original site plan was approved years before so a data center could still be built. Furthermore the vote was a denial ‘without prejudice’ meaning the company could come back with new plans next year and try again. If you don’t understand the legal language you might think you’ve won when you really haven’t.
The search for data is the new gold rush and worth even more.
Long before there was the internet there was junk mail. Companies would buy lists of people’s mailing address and send them coupons and advertisements through the mail. It wasn’t nearly as intrusive as what AI can do. It doesn’t have to buy list it can write its own algorithm and find millions of emails/cell phone numbers and physical addresses in a matter of minutes. It can scan what you buy, look at and listen to. It can build a 3D profile without ever sending you anything or your knowledge of its existence. That isn’t just intrusive that’s a dangerous breach of privacy and security. It does not make us safer it does the opposite.
Who is in such need of all this data? In the old days of mail from the post office most of your data went to stores vying for you to spend money on their products. The A.I. agents can hack anything you have, change the dates and location or accounts and services, hack driverless cars, electric grids and power plants. The money to be made for Big tech runs not only in the billions but trillions. This is the reason they are rushing to build as many data centers and paid off or compromised as many in government to push away any obstacle.
The question isn’t what can A.I. do for us but instead what A.I. will do against us?
Where everyone’s information is just a file on a chip.

AI is worse than anyone is telling you
No one in the A.I. industry wants guardrails, stop believing they hype that those who created the monster are suddenly afraid of their own creation. Whatever good A.I. could do, like assisting disable veterans, the damage it could and likely will do far outweighs the positive. The more companies incorporate A.I. ‘agents’ into the services you pay for how do you really know who’s making decisions on your behalf? The more you give up control the further away you will be from ever getting it back. How safe is it to depend on something where no human is involved, there’s no paper trail, no accountability and no protections. How would you know, resolve a problem or even get rid of it? Whatever good it might do it can and likely will do an equal or greater amount of bad. That’s a bad deal everyone can see but ignores.

While the industry and government act like Nero letting the planet burn future generations will no doubt have to pay higher prices for water and energy as the A.I. industry is expected to use 12% of American energy by 2030. It will probably be higher.

How could A.I. end the world?
If you have access to real news, as in NOT from any social media site, you’ve probably heard that Anthropic has warned that artificial intelligence could kill humanity by the end of the decade. This isn’t a doomsday hype but closer to reality than anyone in the ‘news’ industry is telling the public. Don’t look for truth from the tech industry the oligarchs that run these companies have more ego than brains. They see themselves as God like creatures and I guess they assume beyond the reach of contaminated food, land, air and water but they’re not. The tech companies may claim they see altruistic answers to our problems via A.I. but that’s a lie. It’s their ruse to cover up their blind greed and ambition they wrap in fairytales that won’t come true and wrap it in a patriotic flag.
How would A.I. end humanity, or realistically ALL life on Earth? It could hack several nuclear power plants from around the world simultaneously and set them all off. Life would end in hours, days at best.
The tech industry is teaching A.I. to teach itself and as we all know people can’t be trusted in general. The more power they have the less trustworthy they are. This unseen creation that lives and grows in cyberland is more powerful and learning more rapidly than the so called geniuses that created it. It’s teaching itself how to cut corners and cheat. It could learn how to hack the electrical grid, make a bomb, shut off the sewer, drain bank accounts or anything we humans can think of. That should give you pause. If THEY don’t know what’s really going on and acknowledge it’s getting out of control faster than anticipated think what the truth is.
Think about this
Do you really want a world run by computer codes and algorithms designed to manipulate and control you?
All those involved with A.I. decisions are severely compromised ethically and legally. Do you seriously trust corrupted people to protect you from A.I.?
Would you prefer a machine or a human operating on you?
Haven’t we had enough with the A.I. customer service that just goes around in an endless loop?
If we are on top of the food chain why are we rushing to give it away to machines who can’t reason like we do?
Stay informed about all development projects as many data centers are quiet about their true intentions, some developers call them warehouses and show a smaller footprint just to get approval. Attend all hearings and meetings and speak out. Statistics show when the community pushes back many projects are rejected or scaled back.

Terrifying. And the race to give AI more and more power is mind-boggling.
Perhaps our politicians (democrats?) should be paying more attention and speaking out more!
